Three excellent entries were watched by members of the Society, members of the public, other school students and three Director judges from the Citizens Theatre - Jeremy Raison, Guy Hollands and Neil Packham.
Today's competing schools were Bannerman High School (with an extract from Richard III), Drumchapel High School (with an extract from A Midsummer Night's Dream) and Rosshall Academy (with a 15 minute version of Twelfth Night).

After much deliberation, the Quaich of Words was awarded to Bannerman High School.
